Production Facilities

After the years' of development, we have established an efficient system for R&D and production. The factory covers an area of nearly 20,000 square meters. With more than 500 sets of advanced specializedequipments, more than 500 employees including 450 professional workers, 30 R&D and 20 QA personnel, we have the capability of monthly output for compatible ink cartridges 4,000,000 pieces, remanufactured ink cartridge 200,000 pieces, toner cartridge 350,000 pieces, Ciss 30.000 sets and bulk ink 100 tons. In addition, we independently developed a new patent ink cartridge with detachable clip's chip and simple internal structure to avoid patent issues, provide better, stable quality, excellent printing and a new generation ink cartridge patent for European & Japanese clients. All kinds of moulds for ink, Ciss and laser toner cartridges are designed and produced by ourselves. All our products are strictly produced in accordance with the ISO9001 and ISO14001.
